A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) engaged in a Public Private Partnership (PPP) with the National Identification Authority to conceptualize, Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) a Foreigners Identification Management System (FIMS) which provides a digital interface to provide resident foreigners with a one-stop efficient e-government services platform.
The system provides resident foreigners an in Ghana with a secure, biometric, multiapplication ICAO, ECOWAS, compliant dual interface, smart Non-Citizen Ghana Card to access these services.
